ForgeForm's recovery features rely on data from Apple Health (HealthKit). This page explains exactly what is read, where it stays, and how to revoke access.

What we read

With your explicit permission, the app reads: sleep analysis (duration and stages), heart rate variability (HRV), resting and overnight heart rate, and respiratory rate. It reads only what the recovery score needs — nothing else in Apple Health.

Where it stays

This data is read on your device to compute your daily readiness. It is not sold, not shared with advertisers, and not used to train anyone else's models. The marketing site you're reading now never receives any of it.

You grant it, you revoke it

Access is opt-in and granted through Apple's own Health permission screen. You can revoke any category at any time in the Health app under Sharing → Apps, and the app will fall back gracefully.
